Urusei Yatsura - TV Series 39 (DVD)
Based on Rumiko Takahashi`s (RANMA 1/2) popular weekly comic strip, URUSEI YATSURA was one of Japan`s most popular television shows during its run from 1981 to 1986, which produced 195 episodes of the show. The two central characters, Ataru and Lum, are the focus for myriad adventures, most of which involve Lum tirelessly indicating her desire for Ataru while sending up the conventional trappings of the sci-fi genre for comedic effect. Four episodes are included here.

HUNTER combined hard-hitting action (many critics in the 1980s, while the show was initially broadcast, criticized its violence) with mispaired-buddy comedy reminiscent of the LETHAL WEAPON series. Created by Frank Lupo, who also conceived THE A-TEAM, HUNTER was one of the most popular television shows of the 1980s and one of the most successful cop shows of all time. THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON contains all 19 episodes, with guest stars such as John Amos, Dennis Franz, Brian Dennehy, and Ed O'Neill.
